“With 100 numbered Xbox Series X consoles—reimagined through historical elements,” Gucci adds, “Xbox and Gucci’s first collaboration takes the House’s roots in the world of sports and leisure to the next level.”

Gucci branding adorns the entire package, from the “House Web” blue and red stripes on the controllers to the laser-engraved Rhombi motif on the console. “The GG pattern becomes a pun, symbolizing not only Guccio Gucci’s initials but also the gaming slogan ‘Good Game,'” Gucci explains.

The set also includes a carrying case decorated with GG patterns, which “recalls old luggage in a subtle allusion to the House’s roots.”

Gucci has previously cooperated with game platforms such as Pokémon Go, 100Thieves, and Tennis Clash. Gucci also collaborated with Roblox this year, selling a bee-embroidered Gucci purse – for usage within the Roblox universe — for 350,000 Robux, or about $4,115.

Xbox also recently collaborated with Adidas to create co-branded footwear in celebration of its 20th anniversary.
