Users’ contacts and call logs, according to media reports, will not be saved on BharatCaller’s servers, ensuring their privacy. Furthermore, the employees of the company do not have a database of user phone numbers. They also do not have access to such information.

The entire data of the BharatCaller App is encrypted. It safeguards privacy by ensuring that its data is not accessible to anyone outside of India. This app is available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, and Gujarati.

What exactly is a Caller ID App?

The Caller ID App is a very useful and functional app. It tells you who the stranger is. The caller’s name can be determined using this app. If the caller’s phone number is not saved, the app will display all of the caller’s information. Importantly, with the help of this app, fraudulent call blocks can also be made in cases of increasing online fraud.

How Truecaller Works

Let’s take a look at how Truecaller works. When you install the Truecaller app on your phone or sign up for Truecaller, it will ask you for some permission. Contact Access is one of these permissions; if you grant this permission, Truecaller will be able to see all of your phone’s contacts and save them to its server.

All of your names and phone numbers are saved with Truecaller as a result of this. When you search for a number in Truecaller or receive a call from someone, Truecaller searches that number in its server. And the name under which that number is saved in the server is displayed in your Incoming Call or Search Result.

Which country’s app is Truecaller?

Truecaller App was launched by True Software Scandinavia AB in 2009, a Swedish company. But the app gained popularity after 2012 and became one of the most used apps, especially in Android.
